This program is for anyone who leads a group that is responsible for executing a shared vision or set of outcomes. For example, you might lead a Board of Directors, a committee, a campaign, a small non-profit team, a summer camp, etc. Whatever it is -- if you need people to work together to get it done, you need to take this course.
It has taken me two years to break out of my $30K+ proposal mindset and create something that is accessible to more people. - How to structure your group and set expectations so your group operates seamlessly (this is key!)
- How to avoid and navigate conflict
- How to build momentum to get projects completed

No logging in to complicated systems, no downloading apps, no listening to messy conference calls where someone forgets to put their phone on mute! That's not how I work.
